Texa diagnostics distributor Larsson are introducing the new TXB 2 interface for scooter, bike & powersports applications.

TXB 2 has a host of improvements focussing on improved performance, usability and being ready for future technical developments in diagnostics. TXB 2 new features include:

Better performance & Increased stability
Adoption of CAN FD (Controller Area Network Flexible Data-Rate) being introduced by vehicles manufacturers for greater data transfer speed and size.
Repositioned LED indicators for easier use.
New high-speed connection for faster ECU reprogramming.
Upgraded memory, Bluetooth & USB connectivity.
Flexible power supply 8-60V enabling use on E-Bike/E-Scooters as well as 12V systems.
PASS-THRU Ready – enabling connection to manufacturer portals for service & reprogramming via the diagnostic port on the vehicle.

Since the arrival of Euro 4 emission standards arrived in 2016 the need for diagnostic capability in both franchised & independent workshops has grown significantly.
