Leading sprocket manufacturer JT Sprockets have introduced a new range of TwinStar steel/aluminium hybrid sprockets in a range of colours.

These innovative rear sprockets feature an aviation grade Ergal 7075-T6 aluminium inner carrier section. They are precision-made using state of the art laser cutting and CNC equipment, to an ultra-lightweight, race proven design. JT offer a choice of colour according to fitment that includes Grey, Gold, Orange, Blue or Red inner carrier, making these sprockets look as good as they perform.

This is combined with an outer ring made from induction hardened high carbon steel.  JT’s advanced tempering process achieves hardness that can give 6 times the life of a 7075-T6 aluminium sprocket.

This unique range provides enhanced power transfer performance and long life with light weight construction, giving enhanced acceleration, braking and suspension response.
