Spring has arrived, and with it, a stream of customers looking for a new battery. It’s a common occurrence: despite the owners’ best intentions the bike hasn’t run for months and it wasn’t left hooked up to a battery maintainer.

Luckily, we have a JMT battery for nearly every machine. JMT is our own brand and brings you high quality at a modest price. In addition, we offer a market- leading 2-year warranty on all our JMT batteries, giving you and your customers peace of mind. With large stock available for immediate despatch and next day delivery, let us hold the stock and ship to you as needed. This reduces money tied up in stock, the risk of always having the ‘wrong’ battery in stock and no stock rotation to worry about. We have 5 types of JMT battery and each has its own advantages:

JMT Lead acid battery including an acid pack- with a 2-year shelf life it’s ideal when you want to stock a battery and activate for a customer when needed. But by law you cannot sell it without filling with acid first.
JMT Gel batteries are ready activated & so ideal for over-the counter sales. They give a long service life, superior starting, low self-discharge & are leak-proof thanks to the Gel electrolyte used. Remember to recharge any stocked Gel batteries at least every 3 months to preserve the warranty.
JMT Lithium batteries have superior cold cranking power & are ultra-light weight. Because of this they are often the preferred choice for motocross and sports bikes. You must use a Lithium compatible charger and because they require a well-regulated charging system, they may not suit older models.
JMT VTB AGM V-Twin batteries are designed specifically for Harley Davidson & other large capacity cruisers. Super strong construction gives excellent vibration resistance, they have excellent cold start power and a plain black case to look right when exposed on the bike.
JMT VTB Lithium V-Twin batteries. All the looks and super-tough construction of our AGM VTB batteries but with vastly reduced weight and even stronger cranking power. Like our regular Lithium batteries, they need a lithium specific charger.
